Born at Pindara Private Hospital and raised on the Gold Coast, Elliot is a true local. He has 10+ years experience and holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University and a Doctorate of Physiotherapy from Bond University. Elliot is empathetic and approachable, and strives to assist clients in reaching their objectives. He works closely with you to provide comprehensive support.

Physiotherapist
Lara, a professional physiotherapist with 12+ years of experience, offers female-only services in NDIS private practice. Skilled in Selective Functional Movement Assessments, Kinetic Link Training, and dry needling, Lara combines manual therapy and rehabilitation for effective results. She's passionate about exercise, rehabilitation, and mental health and enjoys keeping fit outside of work.

Physiotherapist
Dan has 8+ years' experience, a Master's in Physiotherapy & Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Griffith University, and a Master's in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi. Despite previously representing Australia in long-distance running in the USA, his focus now lies in physiotherapy.
